It folds and then tilts most of the way forward for extra clearance for when the seat needs to clear the propane tank on smaller lifts (common on Nissan, TCM, & Datsun). The both rails are adjustable from side to side to allow for most any mounting position. It does have provisions for seatbelts.This seat does not have a seat switch or a mounting hole for one.  Make sure that your truck doesn’t need a seat switch before ordering.
