With improved drivetrain components over the 3IMA Coureur things become a little more serious; go further for longer and with more tools available will keep you turning over the miles. The Scion is built on smartly formed double butted alloy frame complete with a carbon blade fork. Weight is kept down allowing you to push forwards; the 700c wheelset has been supplied with durable Schwalbe Spicer 700 x 30C with K-Guard tyres perfect for touring and trekking! Shimano 105 gearing provides a stunning and reliable 22 speed gearset! At the front and at the rear protecting you as you ride is with thanks to the chromoplastic mudguards; reduces spray and road debris from irritating your ride. Where v-brakes may slip and misalign, the 3IMA Scion features Shimano BR-RS505 Hydraulic Disc Brakes; they are stronger, smoother and keep the wheels running free. Shimano 105 ST-5800 shifters provide quick access to your brakes and gears without you have to re-adjust your position too many times on the bike. Fitted with a Fizik Arione Saddle offers improved comfort compared to a road saddle and allows you to eat the miles in ease.
